Forget Holidays, Prepare for UTS Later

The long Eid holidays are moments that are highly awaited by all Indonesia people. In addition to the tradition of homecoming, the Eid holiday is also the right moment to stay in touch with family members who we may rarely visit. However, after the holidays, preparing for the UTS holidays becomes a challenge for students who must immediately refocus on their studies.

Many activities are carried out when on vacation, gathering with family, sharing the latest news with family members, holding tourist visits and there may also be those who take advantage of their vacation time just to rest from the crowds and busyness that is usually done every day.

After the vacation period is over, of course we will return to our daily routine such as studying, working or doing other activities. While it may be a little difficult to adapt at first, slowly returning to your usual routine can make your activities run smoothly and achieve your goals.

No exception for students, vacation is one of the moments for healing after a busy routine of lectures, assignments, practicums and other activities. But after the holiday period ends, of course the atmosphere of the holiday atmosphere is still felt, adapting to the routine after the holidays is a challenge for students, moreover the Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) will be held right after their vacation is over.

Facing UTS after the holidays is over is a challenge for students, preparing for UTS because it must be done while their vacation is still ongoing. However, by implementing some of the steps below, it is hoped that it can help students prepare to face UTS more thoroughly.

Make a Summary of the Material Make a summary of the material to be tested in UTS. Use lecture notes, textbooks, and other learning materials as references to create comprehensive and easy-to-understand summaries. 3. Regular Study Schedule Create a regular and realistic study schedule to divide time between revision material and practice questions. This schedule should include time for each subject to be tested in UTS. 4. Consult with Lecturers and Friends If there is a part of the material that is poorly understood, do not hesitate to consult with the lecturer or classmates. Discuss the concept or problem that confuses you so that you can find the answer together. 5. Get enough rest and a healthy diet. It is important to maintain a balance between studying and rest so that the mind remains focused, and eating healthy food is also very important to maintain physical and mental health. 6. Be confident and calm Stay confident and calm before the mid-term exam, so that the preparations you have made above will not be in vain because you feel awkward and nervous.

By taking the steps above, it is hoped that students can be better prepared to face UTS and get satisfactory grades.
