Alumni Gathering Chapter Jakarta 2024
Tangerang, July 13, 2024 – The Career and Alumni Team from the Student Affairs Unit of Telkom University Jakarta has held the 2024 Alumni Gathering activity with the theme “HoNor (Homecoming and Networking) Alumni Chapter Jakarta: Building Networks and Improving Reputation Through Alumni Associations”. This event was held at the Bumbu Desa Restaurant, Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto, Sudimara Jaya, Ciledug, Tangerang, Banten. Alumni The 2024 Gathering was not only attended by alumni from Telkom University Jakarta (Tel-U Jakarta 2023), but alumni from the Jakarta Telecommunication Engineering Academy (Akatel – 2002) and alumni from the Telkom Jakarta Institute of Technology (ITTJ – 2021) also attended this activity, so the name of this activity is called The Alumni Gathering Chapter Jakarta 2024. “The purpose of holding the Alumni Gathering Chapter Jakarta is actually to create a forum for alumni to build networking, share work experiences, share information about job vacancies with alumni who are still job seekers and others,” said the Chairperson of the event, Dwina Satrinia, S.Kom., M.T. This activity began with a friendly event and greetings between fellow alumni who were present, a warm and friendly atmosphere enveloped the Alumni Gathering Chapter Jakarta activity room this time. Many of the participants shared their nostalgia during their college days, were moved and happy to meet old friends, missed meeting their favorite lecturers again, were excited to tell their life experiences after college. Those were the various colors found in this activity. In this Alumni Gathering activity, the formation of the IKA Alumni Chapter Jakarta was also carried out. Based on the results of the deliberation and voting of the participants who attended, an organizational structure of the IKA Alumni Chapter Jakarta was formed, chaired by M. Iqbal Ginting and accompanied by Triady Widodo as his deputy, the treasurer position was filled by Lukman Silalahi, and the secretary was filled by Eka Sartika Rosiana, and the Public Relations Coordinator position was filled by Ghifari. After the formation of the organizational structure, it was continued with the “Signing of Commitment” activity to all alumni participants who attended as a symbol that those who signed had agreed to play an active role in the activities of the IKA Alumni Chapter Jakarta in the future. Thus, with the formation of the organizational structure and the Signature of Commitment of the IKA Alumni Jakarta Chapter, it is hoped that there will be more activities involving alumni so that they can strengthen the ties between fellow alumni, expand relations and help each other among alumni in finding jobs.
