Quality Assurance Unit

The Quality Assurance Unit (SPM) section is a supporting unit whose function is to carry out an internal quality assurance system consistently and sustainably as a responsibility to stakeholders.

The Planning Performance Unit (SPP) section is led by a Head of Affairs (Kaur) who in carrying out his duties is responsible to the Head of Division.

The Head of SPM Affairs has the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Formulate policies, governance and compliance control mechanisms (Compliance Control) for all management activities of the Telkom University Jakarta Directorate regarding applicable regulations;
  • Coordinate planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation of work programs in the SPM unit;
  • Carry out institutional quality document control;
  • Carry out analysis and evaluation of the implementation of quality assurance activities;

Internal Audit

The Internal Audit Unit (SAI) is a support unit whose function is to carry out the audit process for the implementation of academic activities and the management of academic support within the framework of institutional quality assurance.

The Internal Audit Unit (SAI) is led by a Head of Affairs (Kaur) who in carrying out his duties is responsible to the Head of Division.

The Head of SAI Affairs has the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Carrying out audit processes and reporting on quality audit results regarding the implementation of academic and academic support activities;
  • Analyze and evaluate the implementation of academic quality and academic support system development activities;
  • Monitoring the resolution of non-conformities in the Directorate’s quality assurance framework;
  • Conduct monitoring of follow-up to the Directorate’s quality development;
  • Manage, plan and lead the implementation of work programs in the SAI unit;
  • Coordinate with faculties and supporting units for the development and planning of the Directorate’s internal audit system;
  • Manage internal quality audit activities;
  • Plan, manage and maintain resources in the SAI Unit;
  • Conduct and evaluate student and employee satisfaction surveys;

Planning & Performance

The Planning Performance Unit (SPP) is a support unit whose function is to manage and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all planning activities and reporting on institutional performance.

The Planning & Performance Unit (SPP) section is led by a Head of Affairs (Kaur) who in carrying out his duties is responsible to the Head of Division.

The Head of SPP Affairs has the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans and all planning activities of the Directorate;
  • Monitoring, monitoring and measuring as well as evaluating the performance of the strategic implementation of Sections/Study Programs/Faculties in order to achieve the strategic targets of Telkom University, Jakarta Campus;
  • Conducting performance assessments and reporting on institutional performance periodically to be submitted to the Director and accounted for to the P3i Directorate of the central campus.
  • Conducting analysis of each Directorate’s achievements and developments in order to provide recommendations for follow-up development of the Directorate.
