Functions and Responsibilities of the Leadership Secretariat Legal Directorate

The Institute's Leadership Secretariat (Sekpim) Legal Section is a unit that functions to manage and coordinate public relations (PR), secretariat and protocol as well as legal aspects of the institute.

Leadership Structure and Responsibilities of the Institute's Leadership Legal Secretariat

The Sekpim Legal Section of the Institute is led by a Head of Section (Kabag) who in carrying out his duties is responsible to the Director.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Institute's Leadership Legal Secretariat

Sekpim Legal Institute has the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the preparation of plans, implementation, supervision, and evaluation related to secretariat, public relations (PR), and protocol as well as legal aspects of the Directorate;
  2. Manage Directorate protocol activities and coordinate with related units;
  3. Plan and implement programs to strengthen the image of the institution and institutional communication at the internal and external levels of the institute (DIKTI, LLDIKTI, media, society and other related institutions);
  4. Coordinating and implementing Legal Management;
  5. Plan and organize leadership activities;
  6. Plan, manage and maintain resources at Sekpim, Purel & Legal;
  7. Carrying out planning, coaching and assessing employee performance at Sekpim, Purel Legal;
  8. Coordinate with related units Sekpim, Purel Legal Directorate;
  9. Make periodic activity and performance reports to the Secretariat, Communication and Quality Assurance Coordinator.
