The following is information regarding The Implementation Of Period II Graduation – Academic Year 2023/2024 Telkom University Jakarta.
| a | Period II Graduation Ceremony – Academic Year 2023/2024 for Masters, Bachelors, Applied Bachelors, and Associates Study Programs at Telkom University will be held offline on May 3-4, 2024 at the Telkom University Convention Hall. |
| b | This Graduation Period is intended for all graduates recommended by the Faculty Academic Session during the period 28 October – 1 March 2024. |
| a. | Graduation registration is open from 8 – 18 March 2024 (outside of this schedule cannot be served) |
| b. | Graduates who will take part in the May 2024 graduation registration period can access the menu in the Graduation Registration section, make sure you have been permitted to register for graduation, if not, please contact the contact center of each LAA Faculty. |
The graduation registration fee is IDR 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) + VA Fee IDR 2,500 (two thousand five hundred rupiah) excluding rental fees and loan guarantee for the gown.
a. Toga can be rented at the cooperative of each Faculty by paying a fee. rent of Rp. 100,000,- (one hundred thousand rupiah) and the loan guarantee for the toga is Rp. 125,000 (one hundred and twenty five thousand rupiah). The total cost of Rp. 225,000,- (two hundred twenty five thousand rupiah) is deposited to:

c. Graduation gowns must be returned to the employee cooperative of each faculty no later than May 18, 2023. After that date, the gown deposit cannot be returned and the loan is considered to be purchasing the gown. The gown loan deposit will be returned to the graduate after the gown is returned in good condition.
