List of BAN-PT Accreditation for Telkom University Jakarta Institutions and Study Programs
The National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) is the only accreditation entity recognized by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia. The main function of BAN-PT is to monitor quality and efficiency standards in higher education institutions in Indonesia through the accreditation process for all study programs offered. BAN-PT is responsible for conveying information regarding the accreditation status of courses and study programs at various higher education institutions, helping the public to form confidence in the quality of the education provided. It also encourages educational institutions to maintain and improve the quality of their programs.
Based on the decision letter of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) No. 407/SK/BAN-PT/AK-ISK/PT/2021 in 2021, Telkom University succeeded in achieving Superior accreditation, and became the first Private Higher Education (PTS) in Indonesia to achieve Superior accreditation. Currently Telkom University has 44 study programs that have been accredited by BAN-PT, 59% of which have been accredited Superior/A.
