Mulai dari startup teknologi hingga perusahaan besar, semuanya memanfaatkan cloud untuk menyimpan data, menjalankan aplikasi, hingga mendukung operasional bisnis 24\/7. Namun, sebelum menggunakan layanan cloud, penting bagi perusahaan untuk meninjau secara seksama dokumen bernama <strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"776\">Service Level Agreement (SLA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"1066\">SLA adalah perjanjian tertulis antara penyedia layanan cloud dan pelanggan yang menjabarkan kualitas, ketersediaan, dan tanggung jawab layanan yang disepakati. Definisi Layanan<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1153\">SLA harus mendefinisikan layanan cloud secara detail.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1234\"><strong data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1165\">Contoh<\/strong>:<br data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1169\" \/>Penyedia layanan menyatakan akan memberikan layanan cloud berupa:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1374\">\n<li data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1267\">\n<p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1267\">Penyimpanan data hingga 10 TB,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1318\">\n<p data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1318\">Server virtual (VM) dengan 4 vCPU dan 16 GB RAM,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1344\">\n<p data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1344\">Backup otomatis harian,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1374\">\n<p data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1374\">Akses dashboard pemantauan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1542\">Dokumen SLA juga harus mencantumkan <strong data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1453\">apa yang tidak termasuk dalam layanan<\/strong>, misalnya bantuan migrasi atau optimasi performa aplikasi bukan tanggung jawab penyedia.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >2. Tingkat Ketersediaan Layanan (Uptime Guarantee)<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1669\">Ketersediaan layanan biasanya ditulis dalam bentuk persentase.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1889\"><strong data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1681\">Contoh<\/strong>:<br data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1685\" \/>SLA menetapkan bahwa layanan akan tersedia 99,95% setiap bulan. Pemeliharaan dan Downtime Terjadwal<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2542\">SLA harus menyebutkan jadwal pemeliharaan dan prosedur pemberitahuan ke pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2756\"><strong data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2554\">Contoh<\/strong>:<br data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2558\" \/>Pemeliharaan rutin akan dilakukan <strong data-start=\"2592\" data-end=\"2638\">setiap hari Minggu pukul 02:00 &#8211; 04:00 WIB<\/strong>, dan pemberitahuan akan dikirim minimal <strong data-start=\"2679\" data-end=\"2700\">72 jam sebelumnya<\/strong>. Waktu ini <strong data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2730\">tidak dihitung<\/strong> sebagai downtime layanan.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >5.
